QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

*National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Labour Relations Management  *Computer literate *3 to 4 years relevant experience *Valid code B (8) driver’s license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Application of relevant Labour Legislation *Ensure compliance with statutory demands *Maintain good relations with Labour Unions *Attending and resolving deputes and grievances *Rendering assistance and guidance to management with disciplinary hearings and representing Council at Bargaining Council & CCMA *Development and management of employment policies, practices and procedures *Internal training with regards to Labour Relations *Managing of all Human Resources meetings *Management of Occupational Health and Safety matters *Management of Employment Assistant matters *Responsible for all HR (Labour Relations) activities *Negotiations with Unions

*Programme and Project Management *Financial Management *Service Delivery Management *Problem Solving Management *People Management & Empowerment *Client Orientation & Customer Focus *Communication *Competence in Self Management *Knowledge of performance Management & Reporting *Willingness to work irregular hours
SALARY

R597 888 per annum
